The course is specially designed with physical obstacles – including ramps, walls, and mazes – that work to specifically target and activate multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Players engage in a dynamic range of toning movements like sprints, jumps, dodges, active crouches, squats while moving through the playing field. By coming to lazRfit twice a week, you endurance will improve along with lean legs and a better posture
