We take cross-training to a whole new level. The lazRfit experience incorporates cardiovascular exercise, physico-spatial learning, and body-weight training into one dynamic workout. We’ve combined explosive high intensity interval training (HIIT) tactics with a competitive edge creating the most exhilarating way to play laser tag.
The course is specially designed with physical obstacles – including ramps, walls, boxes, etc. – that work to specifically target and activate multiple muscle groups throughout the entire body. Participants will employ dynamic movements like sprints, jumps, dodges, active crouches, squats in order to move through the playing field and actively tone in the lower muscle groups. The fitness handle also functions as a guided free weight, toning your upper body and abdominal muscles as you play.
