We’ve combined explosive high intensity interval training (HIIT) tactics with a competitive edge creating the most exhilarating way to play laser tag.
The course is specially designed with physical obstacles – including ramps, walls, and mazes – that work to specifically target and activate multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Players engage in a dynamic range of toning movements like sprints, jumps, dodges, active crouches, squats while moving through the playing field. The fitness handle also functions as a guided free weight, toning your upper body and core muscles as you play.
